For all of these third party interactions integration components are required.

There are several different approaches for System Integrations but at the end of day

• data Objects have to be transferred between (at least) two systems - in many cases event driven in a
  (near) realtime mode

• the status of the data exchange (success or failure) has to be tracked

• all errors have to be flagged and corrected

• a periodic reconciliation of the exchanged data is required

In an ideal scenario, there are instant out-of-the-box integrations  (‘Standard Adapters’) available, covering all those requirements.

For all ERP Cloud integration scenarios where Standard Adapters are not available, we do provide custom integration packages, covering the following components:

• Joined Data Object Definition

  • leveraging the Oracle Standard Data Object definition wherever possible

• Complete Design and Development of the entire Transformation & Load Process

  • including data aggregation and/or the calculation of values based on the payload content

• Provision of a Rest End-Point for each Data Object

  • To be called (http-post) from the Source System to transmit the event & payload

• Acknowledgment messaging back to the source system

• Error Management Framework

  • error queue containing all failed imports along with an error code and an error message

  • notification back to the source system

  • a User Interface to manage the error queue

• End-to End Test & Production Deployment
