  • Complete asset coverage in one report – every asset, whether Capitalized or CIP, shown side-by-side, with their split flexfield segments (Location, Category, Asset Key).

  • The full life-cycle on one row :

  • Category changes made transparent – reclassifications are shown twice
    (old category negative, new category positive) so movements per category fully reconcile.

  • CIP capitalisation made transparent – every capitalised asset appears with its CIP history and its capitalised state, with the bridging amount in a dedicated column.

  • Retirement clarity – FULL retirements are flagged with the actual retirement date; partial / re-instated retirements are handled correctly without misleading dates.

  • Audit-safe by design – read-only output (no edit/delete),, calculation traceable down to FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY / FA_DEPRN_DETAIL.
